What a great show on Sunday! It is rare to attend a local show that has the trifecta of great prizes, strong bride attendance and quality vendors. We were proud to serve the show, creating a Harlem Shake video and the promo above for next year’s event. The Magnolia Room in Rock Hill is one of my favorite reception destinations. Not only is it 8 minutes from our house, but it is genuinely a good looking ballroom. The vaulted ceiling and chandeliers make the space feel even larger. Brides came in waves throughout the afternoon and stayed for dancing, a tp dress building competition, a cake decorating contest and a number of raffles. One of the best prizes was a cruise for two for four days to the Bahamas. At this show, Ashley manned the booth while I scrambled around checking in on the other vendors for soundbites. It was good to see participation from Critsey Rowe Photography, Melanie Rowe Catering, Shawna the florist from Ribald Farms, The Dance Center, Juliet from Juliet Photography, the guys from Split Second Sound, a caricaturist, Gail from Cheesecake etc, Rachel de Bernardo from Shutterbooth and many more of our wedding professional friends.
