Heather and David were New Yorkers having a destination Charlotte wedding en route to starting their new life together in Texas. During the maid of honor speech I was shocked and excited to learn that Heather grew up summering at the same lake in Maine that I did. Both of our grandparents owned cottages in the same town. Imagine that coincidence!? It was nice to be back at Alexander Homestead. We know the routine and like how close everything is.
