What a dramatic story! Michael, an employee and manager of Harris Teeter, surprised his then girlfriend Brooke with a trip to NYC. They visited all the sites and he popped the question in front of the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Plaza. People around them burst into spontaneous applause.
